Good Day to You All!
I've have begun my journey (once again) to a slimmer, healthier me. I have created this page so that I may share this journey with you. I have discovered, after watching my wife, that it makes things a lot easier when you have someone to share with. Besides that, it gives me a little bit of accountability as well.
So, now that the flu has past, for the most part, I am trying to pick up the exercising again. I will place all my information and photos (regardless of how terrible they may be) on this page. I am not sure of the frequency of the posts yet...may be once a week for photos and weight. Not sure about the regimen yet.
I think at this point I will post a photo with the relevant information underneath. That may change going forward......this, as well as the exercising, is an ongoing project. I am hoping, that like my wife, can inspire others to make changes so that they too can become healthier and hopefully happier.
That being said.....we will begin with the Day One photo (yes, I've gone back to day 1 since it's been an eternity since I did anything). I hope to do the stationary bike (at home), the treadmill (at gym) and get back to P90 (probably next week - build myself back up to that point). Wish Me Luck! :)
